AGWA Foundation Gala 2023

Guests celebrated and support women in the arts at An Evening of Pure Imagination, AGWA's 2022 Foundation Gala.
Guests experienced the extraordinary chocolate art of award-winning chef and artist, Janice Wong. Immersed in otherworldly landscapes, guests walked through a tunnel of edible chocolate creations where surprising musical interludes awaited on the other side. Performances by XXX. Janice Wong is the two-time consecutive winner of 'Asia’s Best Pastry Chef' award. Her creative and unconventional artworks play with a multitude of colours, textures and flavours. With popular dessert bars and restaurants in Singapore, she is also known for her remarkable and edible large-scale art installations in interactive exhibitions throughout the world.
Masterchef fans will know of her incredible creations from earlier seasons of the show.
All funds raised throughout this signature event support, promote and advocate for Australian women artists.
