Lux Events are proud to announce the acquisition of Concert and Corporate Productions (CCPWA) to further their reach into the WA concert and festival markets.
The purchase includes CCP’s extensive lighting, LED screen and rigging inventory, as well as the retention of key employees Josh Walther, Jackson McKay, Andy Carpenter and CCP’s founder Tim Bradsmith, who all join Lux Events’ concert department. Retention of CCPs key personnel will ensure the seamless support of CCPs existing clients and their events during the transition.
The acquisition builds on Lux Events’ existing expansive lighting, video, audio, rigging, staging and experiential inventory. In addition to positioning the company firmly into the concert and festival market, this will enhance Lux Events’ offering to its corporate portfolio, where it has been producing Perth’s premiere events and experiences for Western Australia’s most prestigious brands and companies.
The CCP acquisition follows the purchase of Frontier Lighting’s assets late last year when they went into administration.
The Lux Events team grows to 30 employees, moving light inventory exceeds 500 fixtures and led screens approach 500 sqm with brands including Barco, Ross, Unilumin, DiColour, Martin, Ayrton, Varilite, MA, High End Systems.
